My goal is to help each individual reach their full potential, so that we can all have an Entrepreneurial mindset and gain financial freedom and stability.
About Me
Sometimes I'm not vocal enough about how thankful I am for all that I have. Not materials, but in a sense of the information I have gained and the willingness to thrive.
Let me tell you how I got started!
I started out as a home health aide, worked through the ranks of leadership managing homes, finances, daily operations and involvement with public relations. This allowed me to build trust within my peers, advocate, and build the bridge between the people and business. After significant time with my peers, many expressed to me as their leader, that their concerns weren't acknowledged and the efforts of appreciation had not been shown by the employers as promised.
If I ever had the opportunity to change this I would. I would provide more transparency and I would change the view of the employer versus the people. With that being said, shortly, I found myself in the position of creating stability for myself and others. I started my healthcare business 9 years ago, continuing to use my knowledge I've gained over the years and leadership skills to bridge that gap so that we can all work as a team and there would no longer be a versus mindset.
In using all of this, my goal as your Career, Business and Life Coach is to motivate, uplift, and inspire everyone to live out their Career and Entrepreneurial dreams. I am grateful to have you join me in building multi-businesses and gaining financial health/wealth.
