In my meditation today this came to me…

There is no cure for stress, anxiety, or depression. There’s only coping mechanisms.


So play your video games. Smoke if you want. Take some sips. Hit the gym. Go on vacation. Start that project. Get closer to God. Binge watch some shows. Play that album. Call up a friend to chat. Snack on some stuff. Climb the corporate ladder. Or do nothing at all….


Whatever helps you cope….Do It!
